The South Lakes Golf Club is located at Goolwa, a convenient location on the Fleurieu Peninsula, and is at a distance of 80 kms by roadway from Adelaide. The South Lakes Golf Resorts is located on the River Murray estuaries where it flows into the Southern Ocean. The resort consists of an expansive 18 hole, championship golf course with lush Sant Anna couch fairways, flashing greens and an undulating sand dune backdrop. The course is flattish, and golfers can take a lazy stroll on the course. The club has an on-premise Pro Golf Shop that stocks golfing equipments, run by resident Golf Professional Roger Stephens, and is open throughout the year except on Good Friday and Christmas.
