The Yarra Bend Golf Course is in good hands, with premier Melbourne-based golf architect firm Thomson Perett and Australia’s best Golfing Academy, Bann Lynch, have joined forces to establish a governing body to jointly administer the course. This parkland course is enveloped within the riverside environment of the Yarra River, and affords some of the most beautiful views of the river, and the nearby rocky faces. The Course have already garnered rave reviews to become one of Melbourne’s best public courses, and the present administration has ambitious plans to renovate and modernize the facility to make Melbourne’s best public access golfing facility. The Yarra Bend also has a good driving range for practicing swing techniques, and anyone is welcome to the course by paying a nominal Green Fee. |
