The Fairfield Golf Course is set amidst the serene, picturesque setting of Fairfield, on one nook of the Smithfield Road, and Beavors Street, in Prairiewood. Gradually, the course has come to be known as one of Sydney’s best golfing layouts, and under the revamped management structure, the greens and the holes are well maintained and being constantly improved. The Club offers a host of rather good features, like in-house golfing clinics, an extensively stocked Pro shop that also sells light refreshments, a driving range and a nearby BBQ section. The Course is really economical, and in fact, green fees to this course is said to be the lowest in the Sydney region. Both Pro golfers, and casual golfers would find this course rather fun to play on.
