The Yass golf Club includes an impeccably maintained, well-watered course that presents some serious challenges to golfers, yet even rookie golfers can enjoy a rewarding golfing session here. The course is a 5193 metres long, championship level 18 hole, par 68 layout, with an Australain Course rating of 66. However, despite being on the shorter sides, the course can often act up rather unpredictably, and the sloping fairways and the real breaks greens make sure that only accuracy and top-notch precision can ensure good results. The clubhouse contains a nice sports bar on the 19th hole refreshment where members can lounge about, or relax after a hard game, and also arranges for happy hours on Friday nights, along with exciting raffle nights on Fridays and Sundays. The club also has a well-appointed function room for hosting a variety of social and corporate events.
