When playing at the Oakleigh Public Golf Course, don’t expect the game to last very long. It’s described as the fastest nine holes of golf in all of Melbourne, with holes ranging from 321m for the first, to 97m for the fifth.
Although described as an extremely short course, this is great news for golfers, as they can work on aspects of the game that they may not otherwise get the chance to work at; In case anybody was wondering, their course consists of two par 4s and seven par 3s.
Their short-game, putting and accuracy will all be put to the test when playing at Oakleigh Public Golf Course, but thanks to the peaceful setting of this course, which runs parallel to Scotchman’s Creek, a well-treed location abundant in bird and plant-life, it won’t seem like such a stressful ordeal.
