Based on a sprawling area of 54 hectares of public open space, the Barwon Valley Golf Club features a complete, championship-level 18 hole inner city Golf Course that offers economical golfing, and easy driving ranges for social golfers. The club primarily caters to the golfing needs of the broader Geelong Community, and being based in a massive area called Belmont Common, it has utilized that area to construct 2 massive water dams with a staggering capacity of 24 megalitres. Once the dams are prepared, they shall be self-sustainable. The course features this, as well as regular maintenance works and related projects throughout the year to allow golfers a feature-rich, modernized golfing facility. |
